NextPax is a rapidly growing Travel Tech company and we are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Hotels sales team. 

As a Sales Executive – Hotel Contracting, you are  responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts for the hotel contracting division. This position will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as build and maintain relationships with clients.


    • Develop and execute sales strategies for the hotel contracting division
    • Identify and qualify leads
    • Generate new business
    • Manage existing accounts
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Close deals
    • Negotiate contracts
    • Track and report on sales performance


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Competitive and results-oriented

The Offer

You will be part of a team of professionals with short communication lines. Working for NextPax means working closely with technical and/or commercial teams of all major online travel companies like, Expedia, Agoda,, Google, Marriott, Airbnb, Vrbo and so on.

The Sales Executive – Hotel Contracting will work closely with the operational teams in other areas (APAC, EMEA, and the Americas), executing local strategies and so on, but working in accordance with our global processes.
