NextPax is a software company that develops and manages solutions for businesses in the travel industry, such as Landal, Novasol, Booking.com, Airbnb, Marriott and Expedia. We are often a preferred partner for these companies and maintain close working relationships with them. These names are just a small selection of the hundreds of vacation rental and hotel providers on one side, and the websites on the other, that we work with in this exciting industry.

We have offices in The Netherlands, the United States, and Singapore, with a total team of 35 people. About half of our team are developers, many of them based in Almere, while the other half works directly with clients all over the world. For this client-facing team, we are now looking for a driven and ambitious sales representative to help us grow further in Europe.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of vacation rental property managers and hotels across Europe
  • Actively reach out to potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings when relevant
  • Conduct online demos and present our solutions to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed your sales targets
  • Onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones
  • Maintain accurate data and activity in our CRM system, HubSpot
  • Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Development, and Support, both in the Netherlands and internationally

What you bring: 

  • Outbound experience in B2B sales in travel tech, hospitality, SaaS, or vacation rental/hotel software
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable with both new business development and account management for long-term growth
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Knowledge of APIs, PMS, or channel management is an advantage
  • Based in the Netherlands and able to work from our Almere office in a hybrid setup
