How can I become an Airbnb Superhost?

In order to become an Airbnb Superhost, your account and accommodations need to meet the following requirements:

  • You need to have received over 10 reservations.
  • Maintain a 90% response rate or higher.
  • Maintain a low cancellation rate (1 cancellation per 100 reservations).
  • Maintain an overall rating of 4.8 or higher

Airbnb will assess all hosts that are meeting these standards and provide the SuperHost status on a quarterly basis.

Does Airbnb also offer long-term stays?

Yes! Airbnb is now able to offer 90-day stays.

How can I connect my host account with NextPax?

Simply login to your Airbnb host account and click on the link provided by your NextPax commercial contact. It will immediately sync your host account with NextPax, and we are ready to automatically take care of your accommodations.

I have multiple properties to manage, how can this be done efficiently?

The NextPax channel manager software allows you to build, manage and control an unlimited amount of accommodations at the same time from our system. We sync all the details of your accommodations over our connection with Airbnb. No more manual work to be done in their Host Accounts.

When will Airbnb provide my payout?

Because Airbnb takes the payment from the guest, they also pay the hosts their income, minus their commission. So this payout is not going through NextPax as it’s done directly with you by Airbnb. Airbnb typically releases your payout 24 hours after your guest’s scheduled check-in time. And if your guest is staying for 28 or more nights, payouts for that reservation are released monthly. In order to receive the payout – please make sure your pay-out method is set up correctly in the Airbnb Host Account.
