What You Can Do on Airbnb Through NextPax

NextPax offers one of the most comprehensive Airbnb integrations available, allowing property managers to manage their entire Airbnb presence from a single platform.

All property content, including descriptions, amenities, house rules, photos, and check-in instructions, is fully synchronised to Airbnb, ensuring listings remain accurate and up to date without manual effort.

Rates and availability are managed in real time, with support for advanced pricing strategies such as length-of-stay pricing, periodic rates, extra person charges, and rate multipliers. This ensures that pricing is always reflected on Airbnb exactly as intended, without lag or risk of overbooking.

Promotions are fully supported, enabling property managers to create and manage Airbnb-native discounts such as early booker deals, last-minute offers, and length-of-stay promotions directly through NextPax, with automatic synchronisation.
