NextPax is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands with company number 39096412, having its registered office at P.J. Oudweg 4, 1314CH Almere.

We are responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (‘Data Protection Regulation’). The scope of this statement is the usage of our websites, applications and services.

What personal data we collect and process?

This Privacy Statement provides information about collecting, storing and processing of your personal data that you disclose to us when you use our services or use our applications or websites. 

The type of personal information we collect may depend on how you interact with us and our platform and which services you choose to use. Generally, we collect, store and use the following categories of personal information:

  • Address, Country, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
  • Resume or other information included with a job application
  • Website usage metadata, such as your IP address and browser 

Special categories of personal data and personal data of minors

NextPax does not intend to collect special or sensitive data about individuals unless this is necessary for specific purposes and explicit consent has been given. If you are convinced that we have collected special personal data without this consent, please contact us at privacy@nextpax.com, and we will delete this information. 

NextPax also does not intend to collect any data about individuals under the age of 16. In exceptional cases, this will only be done with the permission of a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a website visitor, user or caller is 16 years or older. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's (online) activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at privacy@nextpax.com, and we will delete this information.

How is your data collected?

When you choose to use our services, you agree to provide us with most of the personal data when:

  • You contact us otherwise through telephone, email or other medium.

We are committed to maintaining organizational and technical security measures to protect the personal data we hold about you. We have implemented a set of controls and relevant policies and procedures to prevent the personal data we hold about you from being accidentally or deliberately compromised.

How Long do we Retain Your Personal Data?

 Your personal data is stored in accordance with the provisions of the contractual agreements and/or applicable statutory obligations. We maintain adequate retention policies and procedures, so that your personal data are deleted after a reasonable and prescribed time. The data will not be stored longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data have been collected.
