Almere - NextPax, a leading provider of distribution and channel management technology for the hospitality industry, announces that RentalReady, the property management and operations platform for short-term and mid-term rentals, successfully integrated the NextPax Supply API. The integration significantly enhances RentalReady’s distribution capabilities, enabling seamless connectivity to a wide range of global OTAs, listing sites, and GDS channels.
As launch partner, City Relay is live with more than 300 professionally managed city apartments, now distributed via RentalReady and NextPax to leading demand partners including Expedia, HomeToGo, Hopper, Plum Guide, Holidu, Blueground, Travelstaytion, and Whimstay.
Through the NextPax Supply API, RentalReady clients gain access to a scalable, enterprise-grade distribution layer that supports both leisure and corporate travel demand. The integration allows accommodation providers to manage availability, rates, content, and policies centrally in RentalReady, while NextPax handles the complexity of multi-channel distribution across OTAs, listing platforms, and GDS connectivity.
This partnership empowers RentalReady customers to expand their reach without increasing operational overhead—unlocking new revenue streams while maintaining full control over their inventory.
“Our mission at RentalReady is to remove friction for operators and help them grow efficiently,” said Alexander Limpert, CEO for RentalReady.
“By integrating the NextPax Supply API, we can now offer our customers immediate access to a powerful global distribution network, without compromising on data quality, control, or automation.”
City Relay joins the launch as a strategic partner, bringing over 300 high-quality urban apartments live across multiple international demand channels. Known for their operational excellence and city-centric hospitality model, City Relay is leveraging the RentalReady–NextPax setup to diversify demand and optimize occupancy across both short- and mid-term stays.
“Distribution is a critical growth lever for modern urban hospitality,” said Erskine Berry, Managing Director from City Relay. “This collaboration with RentalReady and NextPax allows us to reach the right guests, on the right channels, with minimal complexity. It’s a strong foundation for scalable, international growth.”
NextPax provides a robust distribution backbone used by leading hospitality operators worldwide, supporting advanced content management, real-time updates, and connectivity to both consumer OTAs and traditional travel channels such as GDS.
“RentalReady is a strong addition to the NextPax ecosystem of PMS partnerships,” said Esther Faulhaber, Head of Sales for NextPax.“Their focus on operational excellence combined with our global distribution network creates immediate value for partners like City Relay. This launch is a great example of how technology partnerships can accelerate growth across the hospitality value chain.”
With City Relay live as launch partner, RentalReady and NextPax are already onboarding additional operators to the new distribution setup. The collaboration marks an important step in RentalReady’s roadmap to provide best-in-class tooling for professional accommodation providers looking to scale globally.
This opens doors for other hospitality operators like City Relay, to also expand their distribution reach to popular sales channels in Europe like: Expedia, HomeToGo, Holidu, Hopper, Trip.com, PlumGuide, Travelstaytion, Blueground and many more channels.
