Easily Import Your Airbnb Listings into NextPax Channel Manager

Importing Requirements for Airbnb Listings:

• Ensure your listings are set to “active” on Airbnb, as snoozed or unlisted properties cannot be imported.
• Add the main host account for a successful import; Co-Hosting Accounts cannot be used for importing listings.
• Log out of Airbnb on your browsers before initiating the import.
• Turn off “smart pricing” on Airbnb before importing to ensure accurate property data transfer, including prices and minimum night requirements.

• Note: Importing properties from Airbnb into NextPax’s CDS does not automatically activate the Airbnb channel. Further steps will be required to connect and manage properties on the Airbnb platform through NextPax.

Import your listings

Once the import process is complete, you will receive an email from NextPax notifying you of the successful import. Be patient, as the import may occur asynchronously due to API quota rate limits.

Please ensure to review your property settings within NextPax’s CDS to verify that everything is correctly configured before going live.
