NEXTPAX MATCHMAKING
Find the Right Distribution Channels for Your Portfolio
You know your portfolio. NextPax knows the distribution network. Matchmaking brings the two together: it shows you which channels in the NextPax network are relevant for your properties, your markets and your growth plans, and explains exactly why
Because NextPax runs both sides of the network, supply and demand, Matchmaking sees more than a directory ever could.

THE RIGHT QUESTION
More channels is not the goal. The right channels are.
Adding more booking channels does not automatically add more bookings.
The question worth answering is a different one: where could your next relevant demand come from?
Growth comes from channels that reach the right travelers, operate in your markets, and are actively looking for accommodation like yours. Matchmaking helps you find them, and helps you ignore the ones that would only add operational work.
ONE INDEPENDENT NETWORK
Two sides of distribution. One intelligent network.
Most distribution technology sits on one side of the market. NextPax has deliberately built both sides on a single independent platform, and Matchmaking is what happens when those two sides start talking to each other.
SUPPLY SIDE
Understands your portfolio
Property types, locations, markets, portfolio size, your current distribution and your operational setup.
DEMAND SIDE
Understands what channels want
Their markets and destinations, preferred property types, portfolio requirements, commercial models, target audiences and onboarding conditions.
Matchmaking sits exactly where those two meet. That is considerably more useful than a list of 150+
channels, it is the difference between knowing which channels exist and knowing which ones are
worth your time.
INTELLIGENCE, NOT A DIRECTORY
Not a marketplace. An intelligence layer.
Matchmaking is not another directory where suppliers and channels browse each other. It is a distribution intelligence layer inside the NextPax Platform that identifies relevance before either side invests time in a conversation.
Every recommendation carries a Match Score and, just as importantly, the reasoning behind it. Matchmaking combines AI with your portfolio profile, each channel's requirements and NextPax network intelligence built up over 20 years of distribution.
And it is neutral by design. NextPax is independent: we do not operate a consumer booking platform, and we are not owned by a PMS or an OTA. There is no channel we quietly benefit from sending you to. Matchmaking is built around the commercial fit between your portfolio and each channel, nothing else. For an intelligence product, that independence is the point.

EXPLAIN THE SCORE
Every score comes with its reason
A number on its own is not a recommendation. Every match explains itself, so you can judge the opportunity rather than trust a black box.
Open a channel and you get the full commercial picture:
- Target markets and traveler audience
- Supported accommodation types and destinations
- Key benefits and differentiators
- Commercial and onboarding requirements
- Available connectivity through NextPax
- Typical communication and response times
- Why this channel matches your portfolio
Channels already connected through NextPax are clearly marked, so you can see immediately which opportunities can move fast.

PORTFOLIO-FIRST
Built around your portfolio, not a top-10 list
A large global booking platform may be exactly right for one portfolio, while a regional or specialist channel delivers far more for another. Matchmaking surfaces opportunities based on your actual business rather than a generic ranking of the biggest booking websites. That gives you a clearer way to:
Enter new geographic markets
Reach new traveler segments
Diversify your booking sources
Find specialist and regional channels you would not have shortlisted
Prioritize the integrations that matter most
Grow distribution without adding technical complexity
ONE NETWORK. MORE HORIZONS.
One network. More horizons.
NextPax connects professional accommodation providers to the NextPax network of 150+ distribution channels through a single platform. Matchmaking makes that network navigable, and, more usefully, makes it reveal things
Most portfolios are distributed across a handful of familiar channels. The opportunity usually sits in the ones nobody thought to look for: a regional platform with real strength in a market you just entered, a specialist channel built around exactly your property type, or demand outside the leisure channels entirely, B2B, extended stay, or corporate travel and travel management companies reaching you through the NextPax GDS connectivity to Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport.
New demand, new markets, new horizons, with you deciding which ones to pursue
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Your portfolio stays yours
Your inventory is not published in an open marketplace, and channels cannot browse property managers or their portfolios.
You decide which channels to approach. Conversations run through NextPax, so introductions, messages and next steps stay structured and secure, with every conversation tied to the original Matchmaking opportunity. Nothing moves without you.
FOR DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
For distribution channels
Matchmaking works in both directions. Channels use it to attract the supply that actually fits their strategy.
A channel defines the supply it is looking for, target markets, geographic priorities, property types, portfolio characteristics, audience, commercial requirements and onboarding conditions. Property managers whose portfolios genuinely fit then discover the opportunity and open the conversation themselves.
The result is fewer, better conversations: no working through thousands of unsuitable suppliers, no approaching portfolios that were never going to be a fit, and a supply pipeline that already matches the channel's commercial strategy, drawn from a network of 650,000+ properties.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
-
What is NextPax Matchmaking?
NextPax Matchmaking is a feature inside the NextPax Platform that helps professional accommodation providers discover the distribution channels that fit their portfolio, markets and growth strategy. Every recommendation comes with a Match Score and a clear explanation of why the channel is relevant. -
How does NextPax determine a match?
Matchmaking compares your portfolio profile — property types, locations, markets, portfolio size, current distribution, with each channel's markets, accommodation preferences, audience, commercial model and onboarding requirements. It combines AI with NextPax network intelligence to produce a Match Score and the reasoning behind it. -
What makes Matchmaking different from a channel directory?
A directory tells you which channels exist. Matchmaking tells you which ones are relevant to your portfolio and why. Because NextPax operates both the supply and the demand side of the network on one platform, it can weigh what you offer against what each channel is actively looking for. -
Is NextPax independent?
Yes. NextPax does not operate a consumer booking platform and is not owned by a PMS or an OTA. We have no commercial interest in steering your properties toward any particular channel. Matchmaking is built around commercial fit between your portfolio and each channel. -
Can distribution channels see my portfolio?
No. Your portfolio is not publicly listed or searchable by channels. You decide which channels to contact. -
Can I communicate with channels through NextPax?
Yes. You can start a conversation directly from a channel profile. Communication runs securely through NextPax and is routed to the right commercial contact at the channel. -
Does every match require a new technical integration?
No. When a channel is already connected through NextPax, the existing connectivity is used. For supported channels, onboarding runs as a self-service flow inside NextPax. Commercial agreements and channel-specific requirements still apply. -
Where do I find Matchmaking?
Matchmaking is available in NextPax Core, the NextPax platform dashboard. Your matches, channel profiles and conversations all live there, alongside the rest of your distribution setup. -
Does NextPax automatically activate matched channels
No. Matchmaking gives recommendations and helps both sides connect. You stay in control of which channels you approach, onboard and activate.
