NextPax is a global travel technology company based in Almere, the Netherlands, with also offices in the United States and Singapore. We develop and operate software solutions that connect professional accommodation providers, such as Landal, Novasol and many others, with the world’s leading travel platforms including Booking.com, Airbnb, Marriott and Expedia.
Our platform enables property managers, hotels and software partners to distribute their inventory, manage availability, pricing, bookings and content, and streamline operational processes across multiple channels.
We are a preferred partner for many of these companies and work closely with them to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Today, our team consists of around 35 people, with a strong technical core and a global, client focused mindset. We are highly focused on automation, API connectivity and AI driven support. Our goal is to make complex travel distribution easier, faster and more reliable for our partners. We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist, API and Partner Support, to join our team in Almere.
This is not a standard customer support role. You will work closely with our partners on API integrations, channel connectivity, booking flows, content, rates, availability, validations and partner setup, helping them get the most out of our platform. AI is becoming an important part of how we support partners and automate standard questions. At the same time, we need strong people who can understand technical situations, ask the right questions, check the data, work with developers and make sure our partners are fully supported with clear and reliable guidance.
You will be based close to our main team in Almere and work directly with Product, Development, Sales and Support colleagues.
What you will do
• Support accommodation partners, property management systems and distribution channels with technical questions
• Guide partners on API integrations around content, rates, availability, bookings, messages and validations
• Analyze partner situations and work with our development team to provide the right solution
• Help partners with API implementation questions and technical setup
• Check logs, system data and partner settings to understand behavior and outcomes
• Communicate clearly with partners, internal teams and account managers
• Work with AI tools to speed up support, documentation and analysis
• Keep records of support cases and partner updates in HubSpot
• Help improve documentation, processes and internal support workflows
• Test new features and help identify product improvements
What we are looking for
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Dutch is a plus
• Technical affinity and interest in APIs, software platforms and integrations
• Experience with API support, technical support or software support is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL, logs or technical troubleshooting is a plus
• You can explain technical topics in a simple and clear way
• You are analytical, structured and able to follow topics until they are fully handled
• You are proactive and comfortable working with international partners
• You like working close to product and development teams
• You are based in the Netherlands and able to work partly from our office in Almere

• A salary between €4.000 and €4.500 per month, depending on experience
