NextPax Welcomes HeyTrip, Opening Global B2B and Corporate Demand to Accommodation Partners

Written by Hidde Straat | Sep 16, 2026, 7:23:34 AM

Almere, Netherlands, September 2026, NextPax, a global channel management and distribution platform for vacation rentals, serviced apartments and alternative accommodations, today announced a new distribution partnership with HeyTrip, a Guangzhou headquartered travel technology company. The channel is live now in the NextPax Channel Manager.

For property managers, the partnership answers a question that is hard to solve one market at a time: how do you reach the international travel trade at scale without a new integration, a new extranet and a new commercial relationship for every buyer?

Why this channel matters

HeyTrip does not sell primarily to leisure consumers. It distributes accommodation to a network of more than 20,000 registered B2B buyers: travel agencies, wholesalers, Travel Management Companies and corporate travel programmes, operating across more than 80 countries.

That makes the demand structurally different from what most NextPax partners already have connected. Bookings arrive through buyers with their own client bases and their own booking cycles: corporate and MICE travel that peaks midweek, group and trade business booked further out, and leisure demand that follows a different seasonal curve from the source markets you already sell to. For partners, the practical effect is incremental volume in periods when existing channels are quiet, rather than the same guest arriving through a different logo.

HeyTrip was founded in 2007 and provides global distribution for hotels, flights and car rentals. Its buyer base is international: while the company's roots and headquarters are in Asia-Pacific, its buyers sit worldwide and their demand is global rather than regional.

Which properties are eligible

HeyTrip's business is primarily hotel distribution, and it also covers vacation rentals, serviced apartments and aparthotels. For those three categories there is one condition: HeyTrip can only work with properties where guests do not have to check in or access the property independently. In practice that means staffed, in-person check-in. Properties operating on self-check-in, keybox or smart-lock-only access are not eligible for this channel.

If your portfolio is a mix, you can activate the channel and map only the properties that meet the condition.

Partner perspectives

Jack Huang, CCO at HeyTrip: "We are committed to building partnerships with accommodation providers worldwide. Connecting to the NextPax network gives our 20,000+ B2B buyers access to professionally managed supply in the destinations they are asking for most, and gives those providers a route into the international travel trade. That is a long term, mutually beneficial partnership."

Lennart Kok, VP Distribution & Marketing at NextPax: "Our partners keep asking the same thing: how do we actually get in front of trade and corporate buyers without building something new? HeyTrip answers that. It is a serious B2B distributor with 19 years of trade relationships behind it, and our partners can switch it on this week."

How to activate

HeyTrip is available now in the NextPax Channel Manager. Existing partners can enable it directly from the channel list in their NextPax dashboard: no technical work, no separate extranet and no additional integration. Rates, availability and property content are distributed automatically through the connection already in place, and reservations flow back the same way.
