All about the Holidu connection
How can I charge Holidu’s travellers for their reservations?
We have two options with Holidu to ensure you are able to capture the guest payments for their reservations. First, if you are PCI DSS compliant (meaning you are allowed to handle credit cards) or you work with one of our integrated payment gateways – we are able to onward distribute the traveller’s credit cards in a secure way. If you are not PCI DSS compliant or you don’t work with one of our selected payment gateways – you can still share a payment link directly with the guest to capture payments. Conversion on option A is ofcourse way better, and it’s a more safe and secure way of doing business in general
Why still list on Holidu if my accommodation is already synchronized to Holidu via AirBnB or Booking.com?
If you list your accommodations directly on Holidu it will enable you to push your brand to customers worldwide and you are allowed by Holidu to use your own terms and conditions. Also an important point is that Holidu will share the guest’s own contact details, and foster property managers to have their own conversations with their guests
How is Holidu offering support?
For each market they have customer support contact details for property managers and the larger partnerships will all have their designated account managers. Aside from that an entire helpdesk has been created with articles on every aspect Holidu cares for: holidu.com/help
