Airbnb certified Channel Manager | NextPax

Airbnb and NextPax have been jointly developing technology that enables all inventory types to be distributed on Airbnb. The connection channel manager NextPax has built allows vacation rentals, apartments, villas, bungalows, or rooms in a resort, hotel or boutique hotel to have a real-time connection of room rates, availability and content between the property management system and Airbnb.

How does it work?

NextPax can pull all information (including content) from the listings out of your PMS and build them automatically onto Airbnb. The seamless two-way API connection synchronizes multiple listings across multiple channels, making it possible to manage everything from one central platform. The NextPax Channel Manager can help to seamlessly work with multiple distribution channels while avoiding overbooking situations and minimizing manual labour.

How to get started?

First step is to partner with Airbnb. When you are not listed on Airbnb yet, you can subscribe via their website. Please notify your NextPax Account Manager when this process is completed so we can jointly start to prepare the data for distribution via this new channel.
